Fitness Log for 11/14/07

I went to the YMCA after school for an hour. I really needed to go to just get all the energy out and even let off a little steam from the rough day I had yesterday. I'm better today but I got really upset yesterday and I needed to let some steam off so going to the YMCA and exercising really helped me. I'm glad I went. See ya!
