Fitness Log for 11/6/07

Yesterday I went to the YMCA after school. I think that going after school was a wise decision because I seemed to get my homework done in record time. I thought I had like two hours of homework and I finished it all in an hour. I was proud of myself. I really like the weights. Why didn't I do them sooner? I guess it was because I was scared of them. But, I'm excited to do them now. So, I guess that's all. See ya!
