Daily Log for 12/3/07

I don't think I'll be going to the YMCA tonight because I have a lot of homework. I'll probably take my dog for a walk though. Also, I'm not going because I strained my back yesterday doing the back extension and then skating. I normally do about 85 lbs on the Back Extension but yesterday I was pushed for time and I wanted to fit a lot in so I decided, not the best decision, to up all the weights and do less reps. Well, I upped the Back Extension to 105 lbs. It didn't hurt until I got to Cheap Skate. But, I think I'll be fine later. So, see ya!
