Fitness Log for 12/4/07

I did not go to the YMCA because it was snowing too much and the roads were really bad. But I did go home and shovel my driveway and both of my neighbors' driveways. It was a lot of work and I was outside for over an hour. I was really cold when I came inside. So, I'll see ya!
