Fitness Log for 12/5/07

I went to the YMCA for an hour after school. I enjoyed it but I was really stiff from my back. I really don't know what I did to it but it still hurts. Maybe I should go to the Chiropractor and see if I have a vertebra out of place - I tend to get that real easily. So, I'll see ya!
