Daily Log for 9/10/07

I went to the YMCA this morning and I had a great time. Dispite my sore legs from the Body Pump yesterday I am feeling great. I spent most of my time on the treadmill because of my sore legs and that felt so good. I think tomorrow I will be going again and then I'll also have my mom come and take me for a walk around the water tower. My mom has decided that I should have oatmeal instead of cereal or breakfast scramblers and eggs. I think it's a good idea because I get a full meal with lots of nutrients and I can put fruit in it and it tastes so good, but I don't think I can do it everyday. I'm thinking of taking only a couple days a month for hot lunch at school and then the rest I would bring a salad to school. I can't believe that in the last week my mom and I both lost a lot of weight, her 9lbs, and me 5lbs. Well, I'm pretty excited. Then tonight I have a game and so I'll get a little more exercise there.
