Fitness Log for 9/11/07

I went to the YMCA for an hour before school. I enjoyed the exercise. Then after school I had Volleyball practice for two hours. We had a lot of fun at practice because Coach Penny joined in to play with us during a passing drill. I think we worked on passing for an hour and a half. I had so much fun. OK, so I guess that's all. See ya!
