"He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end."

Daily Log for 9/18/07

This morning I woke up early and went to the YMCA. It felt really good to exercise. I'm realizing that doing the YMCA and exercising is not all that hard, it just takes commitment. I'm really excited to go to Oklahoma this weekend. Last night I went shopping and I got a bunch of new clothes. I'm really excited because I bought some that may not fit me as well now but I know they will in a little bit. Yesterday, as I was reading the booklet I thought that is was really cool how getting enough nutrition when you're young can determine how healthy you are when you're an adult. It all starts when you're young, doesn't it? But then again, you can't quit after you hit adolescence. My great-grandmother was a very active woman and she would work like crazy. When she was 93 she slipped and broke her back and that was the catalyst that started everything. She died at the ripe old age of 97 but I believe she could have lived to be 110. So being active and taking calcium and other vitamins to help strengthen your body is very important for living longer. I think that's really cool. See ya!
